Villa Sales in July 2024
The largest ticket sizes for Villa sales in July 2024 was on Palm Jumeirah and the highest transaction recorded was 216M for a Villa on Frond J, Palm Jumeirah. The other high value sales were more than 50M and the two locations besides Palm Jumeirah that got over 50M transfers for a Villa were Mohammad Bin Rashid City and Dubai Hills Estate.
On the affordable villa sales, Damac Hills 2 have seen transactions at 1M for a 3 bedroom villa in Zinnia and Amargo Clusters while Deira, Al Waheda has also recorded a transaction for a 3000 sqft Villa at 1M.
Apartment Sales in July 2024
On an affordable side, there were sales recorded in Sports City, International City, Discovery Gardens and Production City for Studios and 1B Apartments under 300K AED. Among High End Apartments, Palm Jumeirah has had a sale for 45M for an Apartment in Five Palm Jumeirah while other notable sales were recorded in JLT, Business Bay and Jaddaf for apartments sold at 25M or above.
Townhouses Sales in July 2024
High End Real Estate in Dubai has always been in demand and the largest transaction for a townhouse was seen in Umm Sequim at 72 Million AED while other notable sales were in Jumeirah Bay Island, La Mer and Dubai Hills Estate with the value of sales exceeding 10 Million AED. On the affordable townhouses – Damac Hills 2 and Rukan have been the favorite destinations recording sales under 1 Million AED for Townhouses.
